    Can I book a vehicle which is not mentioned in your fleet?
    We offer bespoke chauffeur services tailored to your needs. Moreover, feel free to reach out if you need a different vehicle.
    Can I have extra privacy?
    For the safety of passengers and drivers, our vehicles may have dashcams that only record video, ensuring microphones are disabled to protect your privacy. Should you prefer not to be recorded, please inform us before your trip, and we will disable the dashcam.
    Can my pet travel with me?
    For private hire vehicles, animals (except guide and hearing dogs) require prior written consent. Please note that additional costs may apply; thus, it’s essential to confirm these charges before finalising your booking.
