    Can I book anytime?
    You can schedule your journeys up to several months in advance or as little as 2 hours before your pick-up time. We recommend booking with as much advance notice as possible.
    Can I book a vehicle which is not mentioned in your fleet?
    We offer bespoke chauffeur services tailored to your needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require a different vehicle.
    Can I have extra privacy?
    For the security of passengers and drivers, our vehicles may have dashcams that record video only, with microphones disabled for privacy. If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform us before your trip to disable the dashcam.
    Can my pet travel with me?
    For private hire vehicles, animals (except guide and hearing dogs) require prior written consent. Additional costs apply and must be confirmed before booking. Users are liable for any damage caused by animals.
